    ALD reliability toolkit was developed by the professional reliability and quality assurance advisory company. 7. MEADEP
 
    MEADEP is a failure data based dependability analysis and modeling tool. The development of MEADEP integrates techniques in graphical user interface (GUI) programming, database engineering, dependability modeling, and statistical/numerical analysis. With the model generator of MEADEP, users can draw RBD and Markov chain easily. The model editor and analyzer tool provides a large amount of graph and it can help users to define the probability distribution function and the upper and lower limit of reliability under given confidence level.

    ALD reliability toolkit has being widely used in many companies and organizations of hundreds of countries, one of which is US Navy, they have a large amount of license.
